We serve Rogers, MN and nearby communities—including Elk River, Maple Grove, and surrounding Twin Cities suburbs—through both in-person sessions and secure telehealth.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to provide outpatient counseling on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical skills, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to high ethical standards.
This role offers flexibility, supportive consultation, and the opportunity to serve clients in a well-established Rogers practice with a growing referral base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families (in person and/or via telehealth).
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and Minnesota standards.
- Collaborate with the Northwinds clinical team for case consultation and coordinated client care.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Active LMFT or LPCC licensure in Minnesota (required).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient or private practice preferred.
- Strong clinical experience with areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, family systems, and relationship concerns.
- Compassionate, professional, and collaborative communication style.
- Willingness to work 1–2 evenings per week (flexible).
- Interest in working with children, teens, adults, or couples is welcome.
