We serve Rogers, MN and nearby communities—including Elk River, Maple Grove, and surrounding Twin Cities suburbs—through both in-person sessions and secure telehealth.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to provide outpatient counseling on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical skills, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to high ethical standards.

This role offers a supportive clinical environment, consultation with colleagues, and the opportunity to serve clients in a well-established Rogers practice with a growing referral base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families (in person and/or via telehealth).
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and Minnesota standards.
  • Collaborate with the Northwinds clinical team for case consultation and coordinated client care.
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Active LMFT or LPCC licensure in Minnesota (required).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient or private practice preferred.
  • Strong clinical experience with areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, family systems, and relationship concerns.
  • Compassionate, professional, and collaborative communication style.
  • Availability for a full-time caseload, including daytime and/or evening hours as mutually agreed.
  • Interest in working with children, teens, adults, or couples is welcome.
