We are seeking full or part-time Licensed Therapists (LMFT, LICSW, LP) that are highly motivated to develop a successful Private Practice with the aid of our infrastructure and support.  Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working with individuals, couples, families and/or adolescents.

Northwinds Counseling Services, P.A. is comprised of friendly and seasoned Licensed Therapists dedicated to improving the quality and care of our clients.  We are located in the fast developing North Metro area and community of Rogers.  Northwinds Counseling will assist in providing intakes, scheduling, case consultation, insurance credentialing, accounting, all along with a generous split.
