$165 for initial 50-minute diagnostic session
$125 for each following 50-minute session

Insurance
We are in-network and accept most insurance plans. We also file the claims for you.  Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I need a prior Authorization?
• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session (co-pay)? 

Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is set aside and dedicated to you. Therefore, our policy is appointments not canceled with at least a 24-hour notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $65.00.  If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please notify us.
